The service
Matchbyvibe is an AI assistant that analyzes content you upload and suggests songs and a posting strategy (caption, hooks, hashtags, keywords, timing) to help grow your reels. It’s a guidance tool, not a guarantee of results.
Accounts
You’re responsible for your account and for keeping your password secure. Provide accurate information and don’t share your login. You must be at least 13 (or the minimum age in your country) to use Matchbyvibe.
Plans & billing
- We offer a free plan and paid subscriptions (Creator, Studio). Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through Razorpay or PayPal.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; see our Cancellations & Refunds policy.
- Plan limits (e.g. monthly strategy counts) are shown on the pricing page and may be adjusted with notice.
- Prices may change; we’ll give notice before a change affects your renewal.
AI output — important
Trending scores are grounded in real chart data, but viral probability, audience fit and timing are AI predictions to guide you, not guarantees. Song suggestions reference real tracks; you are responsible for using audio in line with each platform’s rules and any applicable licensing. We don’t host or distribute copyrighted audio.
Acceptable use
- Don’t upload content you don’t have the right to use, or anything illegal, hateful, or infringing.
- Don’t abuse, reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the service.
- Don’t resell or redistribute the output as your own competing product.
Intellectual property
You keep ownership of the content you upload and the strategies you generate. Matchbyvibe and its branding, software and design remain ours. We may use aggregated, de-identified data to improve the product.
Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and aren’t liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for outcomes of your posts. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.
Termination
You can stop using Matchbyvibe anytime. We may suspend or end accounts that violate these terms. On termination, your right to use the service ends; some data may be retained as required by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of India, unless your local law requires otherwise.
