Information we collect
- Account info: your email address (and name, if you add one) when you create an account or sign in with Google.
- Content you upload: the images, video frames and audio samples you submit for analysis. These are processed to generate your strategy and are not sold or used to train third-party models.
- Usage data: the strategies you generate, your likes/skips, saved history, and basic product analytics (pages visited, actions taken).
- Payment info: processed by our payment partners (Razorpay, PayPal). We never see or store your full card details — only a record that a plan was purchased.
- Technical data: device/browser type and approximate region, for security and reliability.
How we use it
- To analyze your content and produce song picks, captions, hooks, hashtags, keywords and timing.
- To run your account, sync your history, and meter plan usage.
- To process payments and provide support.
- To improve the product and keep it secure.
Service providers we share data with
We use trusted processors to operate Matchbyvibe. Your data is shared with them only as needed:
- Anthropic (Claude): analyzes your uploaded frames to generate the strategy.
- Supabase: account, authentication and history storage.
- Vercel: hosting and delivery.
- Razorpay & PayPal: payment processing.
- YouTube, Spotify & AudD: to resolve song links, previews and music identification.
Cookies & local storage
We use essential cookies and browser local storage to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and store your recent strategies on your device. We don’t use advertising trackers.
Data retention
We keep your account and history while your account is active. Uploaded frames are used to generate your result and are not retained beyond what’s needed to provide the service. You can delete your history or request account deletion at any time.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your personal data. To delete your account or request a copy of your data, email support@matchbyvibe.com.
Security
We use industry-standard measures (encryption in transit, access controls, row-level security on the database) to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep yours safe.
Children
Matchbyvibe isn’t intended for anyone under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). We don’t knowingly collect data from children.
International users
Your data may be processed in countries other than your own by the providers above. We take steps to ensure it’s handled consistently with this policy.
Changes
We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.
