Cancelling
- You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account or your payment provider (Razorpay / PayPal).
- When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period — you keep access until then, and you won’t be charged again.
- After the period ends, your account moves back to the free plan. Your saved history stays with you.
Refunds
- Subscription payments are generally non-refundable for time already elapsed, since the service is delivered immediately.
- If you were charged in error, charged after cancelling, or hit a technical problem that stopped you using a plan you paid for, contact us within 7 days and we’ll make it right — including a refund where appropriate.
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or provider.
